If you answer several a month and need a shared answer library, integrations or team review, a questionnaire platform will fit better than QnReady. We’d rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.

Prices in USD; the total is shown at checkout. OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Paid through Stripe; we never see your card.

Before you buy

What counts as one file?
One questionnaire, up to 150 questions, drafted within 14 days of payment. You also get 50 re-drafts (for example after adding a document). Questions your documents don’t cover at all are flagged without using your allowance.
Is a subscription involved?
No. Each file is a single $199 payment. Buy another file when the next questionnaire arrives.
What if the answers are wrong?
Every answer is a draft, shown with the passage it came from, and you approve each one before export. If a draft is wrong, edit it. Our liability is limited to refunding the $199 fee (where the law allows); see the terms.
Can I get my money back?
Yes: a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have drafted no more than 10 answers with the paid pass, and a full refund if the service fails on our side and we can’t fix it.
How does this compare with ResponseHub or 1up?
They are subscription platforms. As listed on their pricing pages in November 2026, ResponseHub starts at $149 a month (Starter, with a 7-day free trial), and 1up has a free tier, an MCP plan at $50 a month plus $0.05 per question answered, and Starter at $300 a month for one questionnaire. They include answer libraries, integrations and team features QnReady doesn’t have. QnReady is a fixed $199 per file with no subscription and nothing to set up. Check their sites for current prices.
