Security & vendor questionnaires · One-File

That 150-question security questionnaire, drafted from your own documents.

Drop in your policies, past answers and the questionnaire. QnReady drafts each answer only from what your documents say, shows the passage it used, and marks every question your documents don’t cover as “needs your input”. You edit, approve and export. No subscription, no account.

Three steps, one sitting

  1. Add your documents. Security policy, past questionnaires, SOC 2 or ISO summaries, your trust page as text. They are read in your browser.
  2. Add the questionnaire. Drop the .xlsx or .csv; QnReady finds the question column. Or paste the questions.
  3. Review and export. Each draft shows its source passage and a status: answered, partial or needs your input. Edit, tick “Approved”, and export a CSV in the original order.

How it works, in detail

What QnReady will not do

  • Invent an answer your documents don’t support. Those rows say “needs your input”.
  • Claim a certification or control on your behalf.
  • Send anything to your customer. You export and you decide.
  • Keep your files or use them to train a model.

Questions, answered

Where do the answers come from?

Only from the documents you add. Your browser splits them into passages, finds the few that match each question, and sends just those passages with the question to an AI model running on Cloudflare. The model is told to answer only from those passages and to cite them. If none of them answers the question, it returns a gap instead of a guess.

Can I submit the drafts as they are?

No, and you shouldn’t. Every answer is a draft for you to check. You approve each one before export, and the export marks unapproved rows. AI models make mistakes, including when they quote sources, so read each answer against its cited passage. You are responsible for what you send to your customer.

What files can I use?

Documents: .docx, .md, .txt, .csv and .xlsx (PDF: copy the text in for now). Questionnaires: .xlsx or .csv with one question per row, or paste the questions, one per line. Everything is read in your browser.

Do you keep my documents or train on them?

No. Documents stay in your browser. The passages sent with each question are processed in memory to draft that answer and are not stored by us. Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs the model, states that it does not keep inference inputs or outputs and does not use them to train models. Details on the privacy page.

How is this different from a questionnaire platform?

Platforms such as ResponseHub or 1up sell monthly plans (1up also sells per-question usage on a monthly plan) with a managed answer library and team features. QnReady is one file at a time for a fixed $199, with nothing to set up and no subscription. If you answer questionnaires every week, a platform may suit you better.

What does it cost?

10 questions free to try, no sign-up. A full file is $199, one payment: up to 150 questions plus 50 re-drafts, for 14 days. See pricing.
