Who sells this

QnReady is run and sold by OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL, a limited company registered in Romania: tax ID (CUI) 48288243, trade register no. J22/1781/2023 (EUID ROONRC.J22/1781/2023), registered office Str. Zorilor nr. 2B, et. 1, Valea Lupului 707410, Iași County, Romania. It is not registered for VAT. Contact: contact@optimumtechfusion.com.

What the service is

QnReady drafts answers to a questionnaire (for example a security, vendor-risk or due-diligence questionnaire) using only passages from documents you provide. Your browser reads the documents, picks the passages that best match each question and sends those passages with the question to an AI model, which drafts an answer and cites the passages it used. When none of the passages answers a question, the row is marked “Needs your input”.

Terms of use and sale

  • Drafts, not answers. Every output is a draft suggestion. AI models can be wrong, including about what a passage says. You review and approve every answer before you use it, and you are responsible for what you send to anyone. QnReady does not certify, attest or represent anything about your organisation.
  • Gaps are flagged, not filled. Questions your documents don’t cover are shown as gaps for you to answer. We don’t guess them.
  • Your documents. Only upload documents you are allowed to use. Don’t include secrets you would not share with a processor (passwords, keys, unredacted personal data you don’t need). You keep all rights in your documents and in the answers.
  • What you buy (One-File). A pass for one browser to draft one questionnaire: up to 150 questions plus 50 re-drafts, within 14 days of payment. Questions for which your documents have no matching passage are flagged without counting.
  • Price. A single payment of $199 USD. That is the total: no tax is added (OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL is not registered for VAT), and there is no subscription. Your card issuer may add a currency-conversion fee.
  • Payment. Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe emails the receipt. Card statements show a descriptor starting with OPTIMUMTF or OPTIMUMTECH FUSION.
  • Starting at once, and your right to cancel (EU and UK consumers). At checkout you ask us to start immediately. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days as long as you have drafted no more than 10 answers with the paid pass. After that the service is treated as supplied and the right to cancel ends (Directive 2011/83/EU, articles 14(3) and 16; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Most buyers are businesses; the same refund window applies to them.
  • Limits and availability. Model use is capped per day across all customers to control cost. If drafting fails on our side, the questions are not counted; email us and we restore them or refund.
  • Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from QnReady is limited to refunding the fee you paid ($199 for a file, $0 for the free trial). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost deals, or for decisions made or answers sent on the basis of a draft. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud or, for consumers, statutory rights).
  • Acceptable use. Don’t use the service to process documents unlawfully, to overload it, or to resell it as is.
  • Law. Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer. EU consumers can also use the EU consumer redress tools.

Refunds

  • Changed your mind: full refund within 14 days of paying if no more than 10 answers were drafted with the paid pass.
  • It didn’t work: if drafting fails on our side and we can’t fix it, a full refund within 30 days.

Email contact@optimumtechfusion.com from the address on your receipt, with the payment date. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Privacy (GDPR)

For your documents and questions, OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL acts as a processor on your behalf (you decide what to upload). For payment, analytics and email records it is the controller. Contact for any privacy request: contact@optimumtechfusion.com.

  • Documents stay in your browser. Files are read and indexed on your device. They are not uploaded to us.
  • What is sent, and retention. For each question, the question, its section heading, your company name and up to 5 matching passages (each at most 1,500 characters) are sent over HTTPS to our API and on to the AI model. They are processed in memory to draft the answer and returned to your browser. We do not store them: no database, no logs of their content. Drafts live only in your browser tab until you close it; we keep no copy.
  • No training on your data. We don’t use your documents, questions or answers to train or improve any model. The model runs on Cloudflare Workers AI, which states that it does not store inference inputs or outputs except as needed to serve the request and does not use customer content to train models.
  • Deletion. There is nothing of your content on our side to delete. To remove the pass and drafts from your browser, close the tab and clear this site’s data. For payment records or emails, ask us and we delete what the law lets us delete.
  • Abuse protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is starting the free trial, and we count free trials and checkouts per network address (IPv6 /64) for up to a day (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). We count questions per pass, not their content. Cloudflare keeps short-lived request logs for security.
  • Analytics. Cookieless product analytics (PostHog, EU region): which steps were used and counts (for example “25 questions, 3 gaps”), never file names, questions, passages or answers. Legitimate interest in improving the service; you can object by email or block it in your browser.
  • Payments. If you buy, Stripe receives the email, card and billing details you enter on its page. We receive Stripe’s payment record (email, amount, country) and keep it to deliver the pass, handle refunds and meet accounting law; Romanian law requires accounting records for 10 years (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).   • Email. If you email us, we keep the thread for as long as needed to answer, and at most 2 years.
  • Sub-processors. Cloudflare (hosting, API, Workers AI, Turnstile; data may be processed in Cloudflare’s global network, including the United States, under its Data Processing Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses), PostHog (EU analytics), Stripe (payments).
  • Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, by email. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP. No automated decisions with legal effect are made about you.
  • DPA. Business customers who need a data processing agreement can ask for one by email.
